About — TJCW Content Factory

TJCW Content Factory wasn't designed in a product lab. It came out of a specific frustration: managing video production for multiple clients at the same time, with distributed teams, growing volumes, and no tool that actually fit that reality.

There was a concrete moment. Six active clients, two editors, and nobody knew what stage any given video was at. Spreadsheets drifting, statuses getting lost, client feedback scattered across message threads. That's what made the tool necessary — not a startup idea.

Théo Willems is a video content production manager and a filmmaker by training. Film school, then years of hands-on work in production and editing. When the available tools stopped meeting his team's needs, he built his own, alone, from scratch. Most people who build project management tools have never waited for a client's notes on a first cut.

General-purpose tools adapt to video production as best they can. TJCW Content Factory is built for it: briefs, editors, revisions, deliveries. It was built by someone who produces. For teams that do the same.
